Students Counselling

A student needs someone to talk, someone who can be non–judgemental, and someone who is confidential and is willing to listen and when it comes to children, an adult who will give them the right suggestion.  This is the basic methodology of student counselling, the other process of being directive or nondirective helps in resolving some issues which the student might be experiencing in school. The school based intervention provides an experience that will strengthen a child’s environmental stress.

Our counselling department runs by counsellor who have vast experience in working with children, the classes cover most of the issues concerning teenagers and life in a residential school.

The STUDENTS get an avenue to express them-selves freely and values are imported alongside. The students never hesitate to share their any type of problems ahead of them. He listened CAREFULLY student’s problems and their thoughts; and after that they guide students in a way like they never think about that.

The counsellor is available at school, and he also boxes and plays cricket with the students! The emotional upheavals and uncertainties of adolescence along with major and minor irritants are dealt with effectively by him.

Counselling at The Aadharshila School is started from beginning of the school, because we think that someone is very important to listened student’s problem sincerely and give results to them. The counselling model followed is the ‘All Round Counselling Model’.
