Common Codes For Parents

  • Parents may meet the Principal and the Teachers during the Parents Meeting. With prior circulars Parents will be informed about the Meeting dates and time. In case of any emergency, the Parent may contact our P.R.O. through the phone in the School Office. Parents are not permitted to visit the School Campus or Classrooms during running Classrooms.
  • Parents should not send their Students to School when he/she is suffering from any serious Disease.
  • Parents should notify the School of any changes in their Residential Address and Telephone Numbers in written on School Formats.
  • Parents should note that distribution of gifts to Children and to the Teachers is strictly prohibited.
  • Parents are welcome to give Feedback in Parents Meeting, we welcome your Suggestions but final decision is made by School Authorities that what’s better for Students.
  • A Student and his/her Parents will be warned for any misconduct or misbehaviour of the Student. However for grave indiscipline or misconduct, long absence without permission or for similar reason or late payments of fees, a Student may be removed from the School.
  • Parents should note that their Children are not allowed to wear any type of Ornaments or bring any valuable articles or Money to the School. The School will not be responsible for the loss of any articles brought to the School by their Children.
  • Every care will be taken to ensure the safety of the Students in the School and when enrooted Home-School-Home. However the School will not be responsible for anything that may happen to a Child beyond control.
  • Parents and Guardians are informed that occasional reports from the Teachers are conveniently sent through the calendar and are expected to go through it regularly and sign the Messages.
  • School Authority shall see that the Principles of Discipline are properly observed regularly and implicit obedience should be insisted upon, politeness and courtesy of speech and conduct as well as cleanliness of dress and person should be inculcated.
  • Students are not expected to possess any material, which are not associated with the School activities.
  • The School will do its best to provide Medical Aid, but School does not take any Responsibility beyond control.
  • The following will entail to the removal of the Student from School:
    1. Non-Payment of School Dues
    2. Constant, Un-satisfactory Progress
    3. Grave insubordination, contempt of Authority, bulling, use of abusive Language, assaulting in any form
    4. Damaging School property
    5. Misuse of School Facilities (Internet/Lab Materials)
    6. Politicking and Engaging in Conspiracy.
  • Possession of any Communication equipments like Mobile-Phone etc is strictly prohibited in the School Campus. If it is found with the Students, it will be confiscated and no request from the Parents/Guardian/any other person will be entertained.
  • Communication between Home and the School should be in writing. All correspondence regarding Student’s Academic work, Health, Absence etc. should be addressed to the P.R.O. and Principal only.

Common Codes For Students

Uniform Rules

  • Uniform of all students are provide by the school, which is included in school fees.
  • Student’s have to wear given Uniform by the School. Students not allowed making any changes in Uniform.
  • Proper school uniform includes decent hair cut and clean shaven faces.
  • Always check that shoes are polished, nails are cute in proper way.
  • Colour Dress is not allowed in schools without permission (in case of Birthday it’s valid).
  • School Uniform always clean and neat in any matter.
  • If in any case of Uniform will damaged parents have to bought new pair of Uniform.
  • The cost fixed by the school authority of Uniform shall to be deposited and get new Uniform for their ward.

Library Rules

  • A Students shall be Responsible to compensate the loss or the damage or injury done to Books or other Library Property or by paying the value there of.
  • In case the damaged book belongs to a set of volumes their reader is liable to replace the complete set of the volumes of the multi-volume books.
  • The cost fixed by the Library of a damaged books shall to be deposited immediately to the Librarian which can be refunded as and when the book is replaced.
  • Each Student Member shall be allowed to borrow 1 book at a time for a period of 2-3 days (a week)
  • Before leaving the issue counter, a member shall satisfy himself/herself as to whether the book lent to her/him is in sound condition and if not she/he is liable to pay the cost of purchasing a new copy of the book.
  • Reference books / reserved books and periodical publications are not meant for loan.
  • A book on loan may be reserved for a reasonable time provided there is no demand by other Students for the same book.
  • All the Student members should return the library books before leaving the School. Transfer Certificate to a Student shall not be issued unless she/he produces a “No Dues Certificate” from the Librarian.
  • A Student not returning all the borrowed books before Annual Examination shall not be allowed to sit in the Examination.
  • All the books should be returned, when demanded by the Librarian.

Student’s Health Related Complications

We are very strict about Health condition of Students, that’s why we always concern about Students Health. One good saying that is, “HEALTH IS WEALTH”. So from our side we always take precautions for Student’s Health issues, and we also demand some awareness from Parent’s side about Health. So some basic Regulation as given below, we insist that Parents should follow it,

  • If your Child’s Health is not well or they take any Medicines than please don’t send them at School.
  • Because of illness Students are not able to concentrate in Study.
  • During School hours if we find that your ward suffering from fever or any other issue than we will immediately inform it to you and you will have to come personally in the School for picking up your ward.
  • We won’t allow ill Students to go at 1.00 o’clock (half day) in School Bus.
  • So, always be sure that your Mobile Number or Address is to be updated in School Records if it’s changed your duty to inform it to School Authority.

Rules for Absencent & Late Arrival Student’s

We have Rules & Regulations in case of Student’s Absence or if they come late in School, we follow these Rules as detailed below. And we also accept that these Common Codes followed by all Students and Parents:

  • No Student must remain absent from School without prior Permission of the Principal.
  • In case of illness and requires long absence, necessary intimation should be given by the parents and a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner should be submitted as soon as the student resumes attending the school.
  • Unauthorized absence and details of unauthorized absence will be recorded in the Annual Progress report of the students.
  • Attendance of students on the re-opening day after vacation is compulsory. Late arrival after the vacation will be treated as an act of indiscipline.
  • Leave may be granted to a student on such cases of emergencies such as death in the family, sickness or any genuine reasons which may satisfy the principal.
  • To take prior permission for absence parents can send written message with students in advance. If it’s accepted than he/she remains absent, otherwise they are not allowed to absent.
  • In case of any sickness leave from school, we contact to you and you have to come personally to receive your child from school.

Withdrawal Policy

With any reason student’s want to withdrawn from the school, the following rules apply:

  • Notice of withdrawal must be given within 15 days after the annual exam results.
  • If a student is withdrawn once the term has started, no refund of fees is possible.
  • After giving the application for withdrawal parents get LEAVING CERTIFICATE (L.C.) in 10 – 15 working days.
  • Application for L.C. not acceptable if students any type of fee payments dues.
